I buy condoms on Amazon.  They have some great deals - 100 for $25, which is a good price for these very high quality condoms.  And when it comes to condoms, that is one place you don't want to be cheap.

Dental Dams:
Glyde Dental Dams

The first(?) dental dam designed specifically for oral sex.  They are thin, strong, and transmit sensation extremely well.  FDA-approved for use with oral and oral-anal sex (rimming.)   I find great prices on these on Amazon. 

There are also latex gloves, and "finger gloves" avaliable many places.  These are good if you have any cuts on your hand/finger, or if you want to do anal stuff then switch to vaginal stuff w/ out washing your hands in between.
